Assembly Technologies International, Inc.^® warrants to the original purchaser and any subsequent owner ("Buyer") that any product bearing the American Beauty^® brand will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a speficied period of time (see below) from date of purchase. No warranty is made with respect to products which have been altered, subjected to abuse or improperly used. Use of non-American Beauty^® components may void this warranty if it is found that the non-American Beauty^® component is defective or is the source of the defect. Assembly Technologies International, Inc.^®; will repair or replace products, at its cost and option, found to be defective not caused by a part, component or accessory manufactured by another company, during the warranty period.

Warranty periods for American Beauty^®products varies based upon product category:

Consumable Parts - NOT COVERED
These items include such parts as Soldering Iron Tips, Desoldering Braid, Resistance Soldering Elements and Electrodes, etc. ATI has conducted extensive testing to ensure the quality of all American Beauty consumable items and stands behind these parts. ATI will provide a certificate of conformance upon request to verify that the American Beauty consumable part was produced and tested in accordance with all applicable drawings and specifications. If there is a concern regarding any such part, it must be brought to ATI's attention prior to usage. Many factors combine to determine the average life-span of a consumable item which can vary from one work-shift to many years, and therefore cannot be covered under warranty for any specified period of time.
Serviceable Parts - 90-DAY PERIOD
Items included in this category are Heating Elements, Thermostats, Voltage Controllers, Cord-sets, etc. American Beauty^®'s serviceable parts are amongst the best in the industry, however due to the extreme nature of many of the applications for which our tools are used, it is often unreasonable to expect their life-span to match that of the entire tool. The 90 Day time period is sufficient to cover 'out-of-box' failure of these component parts. IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE THEMSELVES AWARE OF PROPER OPERATING PARAMETERS, THAT WHEN NOT FOLLOWED, CAN GREATLY REDUCE THE LIFE-SPAN OF THIS TYPE OF PART. As indicated above, any premature failure of a serviceable part determined to be the result of improper usage, will not be covered under WARRANTY.
Standard American Beauty Products - THREE YEAR PERIOD
These items include all American Beauty^® soldering tools that don't fall into the two categories highlighted above. They include soldering irons, solder pots, soldering stations, resistance soldering systems and thermal wirestripping systems, etc.

Assembly Technologies International, Incorporated shall have the right to change its warranty policies at any time. If you choose to return your American Beauty product due to a disagreement with its warranty policy as it is laid out, you must do so prior to use and within 30 days of purchase.

EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED IN THIS POLICY, THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, INDEMNITIES AND GUARANTEES WITH RESPECT TO THE AMERICAN BEAUTY PRODUCTS, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY LAW, CUSTOM, PRIOR ORAL OR WRITTEN STATEMENTS, ARE HEREBY OVERRIDDEN, EXCUSED AND DISCLAIMED.

IMPORTANT: BY USING YOUR AMERICAN BEAUTY^® PRODUCT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE ASSEMBLY TECHNOLOGIES INTERNATIONAL, INC. ("ATI") THREE (3) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ("WARRANTY") AS SET OUT BELOW. PLEASE DO NOT USE YOUR PRODUCT UNTIL YOU HAVE READ THE TERMS OF THE WARRANTY. IF, AFTER REVIEWING THE POLICY, YOU DECIDE THAT YOU CANNOT ACCEPT THE WARRANTY POLICY AS SET OUT BELOW, DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT AND CONTACT AMERICAN BEAUTY'S^® CUSTOMER SUPPORT TO REVIEW YOUR CONCERN.
